During the first “Degustare con la Bocca” (Tasting with the Mouth) meeting, Samuele Del Carlo, a recognised expert in the sector, will clarify the relationship between the criteria of tasting and those of choice: in first place the individual and his needs.
During the tasting, Finger Food made by Gigliola will be served.
Tasting with the Mouth will take place at ”Il Pinturicchio”.
